My background spans pharmacy operations, healthcare administration, and health equity — three distinct lenses I bring into every engagement. I help leaders navigate the moments when complexity peaks and the stakes are real: examining assumptions, naming tradeoffs, and building alignment across people, teams, and purpose.
Over the course of my career, I've helped secure more than $1.5 million in funding for health equity initiatives and guided leaders through growth, transition, and mission-critical change.
Whether I'm advising an executive team or coaching a healthcare professional through a career pivot, my approach remains consistent, grounded in operational knowledge and a lived perspective, applied with a clear eye toward what actually moves things forward.
