My background includes healthcare, pharmacy operations, and health equity, but my work is not defined by industry. It is defined by timing. I am brought in when complexity increases, when stakes rise, and when leaders need clarity they can act on with confidence.

I help decision makers slow the moment down enough to think clearly. That means examining assumptions, naming tradeoffs, and aligning people, strategy, and execution without losing sight of purpose. Over the course of my career, I have helped secure more than $1.5 million in funding for health equity initiatives and advised organizations navigating growth, transition, and mission-critical change. I bring operational understanding and lived perspective into the room. This allows me to see risks, tensions, and opportunities that are often missed when decisions move too quickly.
